Today was the second day of OIP 'training', but its more of team building and preparing for the trip la. Today's session lasted from 10.30am (thankfully) to supposedly 5pm (my group ended at 3pm lol). So today morning we all went to our respective groups and sat together again, doing random stuff, lol. First was stoning and waiting, then we listened to a presentation by the last batch of Hanoi OIP participants/prefects (lol), comprising Shan Zhi, Jun Sean and Justin. So after listening to them talk lots of funny stuff and some 'interesting' pictures(one of a vietnamese girl almost kissing a certain someone), we went back and did our group goals setting, like all the cliche stuff, lols, the prefects were quite good at this though.
By then we were about 45 minutes ahead of time, so we went for lunch which was really quite nice, except that it was cold. Otherwise, the food was tasty and very suitable for us haha. The only other negative thing I can pick out is maybe the small amount of rice they gave compared to the actual dishes.(chicken, fish, vegetables and those kind of fried veggie and shrimp thing, lol) Not bad for a school lunch.
Next was team-building games, haha. Which we totally owned other groups at. It was the tangled arms game where every hand had to hold another random hand and everyone has to untangle themselves. Yea quite fun and we were pro at it, because of some secret 'techniques'...
Then we went back to the classroom and did committee assigning. And Im so glad Im in the Documentation Committee, haha. Documentation has always been something important to me (see this blog?), and now Im doing it for the whole group, what could be more suitable, haha. Just need to take pictures and videos of the trip, create videos and photo slide shows...And ours is a small committee of 4 people, also making it easier to decide and do pretty much whatever we want. Haha.
Then we created our own group rules, quite lame but still had to do it, and again, the prefects were good at this, so we finished this fast. Lols, then we were released. It was 3pm. So it was 2hours earlier, and I had to wait for Jim, and so I had nothing to do and guess where I went. The Library. There was almost no one there but I still went it and borrow a laptop to surf the net. I was feeling so bored that I signed up for some NLB membership in the school library and did my RE...lols. While some people were playing High School Musical 3 songs behind me! Lols, think they got scolded for playing too loudly, haha. Everyone was laughing.
So I sat there for 2.5 hours until Jim was released and we went home. End of training day. Looks like my Hanoi NTT group isnt too bad at all. Haha.
And I think Im suffering from some exam syndrome which makes me a no life, or DEAD.

This means that I still visit the library for hours at ends, surf the internet looking for research papers and journals for my RE, and look for schoolwork-related books. Im feeling so...wierd?
And I probably forgot to write this somewhere, but I will be a PSL next year, taking class 1K'09! Lols, excited! Students who took PSLE welcomed! =)
